EU funding for the Satellite Emergency Centre at the Litija Community Health Centre

SLOVENIA, October 30 - The primary objective of the project is to establish sufficient space and infrastructure for the provision of emergency medical assistance and administrative functions at the Litija Community Health Centre. This will improve the quality of health services, ensure adequate working conditions, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements. The project will also make a significant contribution to improving the quality of life in the local community.

The project is in line with the objectives of Slovenia’s EU Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027, namely the specific objective Ensuring equal access to healthcare and fostering resilience of health systems, including primary care, and promoting the transition from institutional to family-and-community-based care.

The European Regional Development Fund will contribute €1,328,759.95 to the total project cost of €4,738,485.64.
